In a maximum effort to try and improve swing mechanics during the winter break, a frame by frame capture has been created to show body part positions through an entire swing. We will do another break down in maybe 6 weeks to see any changes.

Jenny Lynch of the Maryland Legends has ended her Fall Season. Now she is starting her winter work outs. Here is a video taken of today's batting practice. We will try to get in as much work outdoors as we can until the weather makes it impossible.

Maybe its pure stubbornness and refusal to let any pitcher back Jenny lynch off the plate, but this has to be some sort of crazy morbid record. After a highschool, in verified record of getting hit 11 times....during the summer and fall combined, this has to be the 20 the hit by pitch for jenny lynch. TOUGH KID!
