In a maximum effort to try and improve swing mechanics during the winter break, a frame by frame capture has been created to show body part positions through an entire swing. We will do another break down in maybe 6 weeks to see any changes.

Jenny Lynch of the Maryland Legends has ended her Fall Season. Now she is starting her winter work outs. Here is a video taken of today's batting practice. We will try to get in as much work outdoors as we can until the weather makes it impossible.

Jenny Lynch will be playing in the newtown rock fall starter this upcoming weekend ,september 28-29th. The first game is against the Outlaws out of PA. The second is against the Newtown Rock and the last game is against the Allsport Lady thunder. Three tough games....this is where a player will get better by playing the best teams they can play.
